We start the work by having a dialogue with the client. This allows us to collect key information to shape the project with an original, unique and at the same time personal identity. The exchange of ideas represents the first step in the process of understanding our customer's needs.
We then continue to accompany the client through the development of different creative solutions and proposals of materials. We thereby create the concept: analysis and planning of the space to define zones, circulation patterns and positioning of the areas, to best optimize the design.
This ongoing and collaborative approach allows the client to be actively involved in the decision-making process, ensuring that the project fully meets his needs and expectations.
We visualize the concept drawings (“worlds”), define the budget and realize the first renders to allow the customer to perceive the idea and its concrete application. Once the project has been confirmed, a complete presentation will be delivered together with mood boards, materials, sketches, renders, plants and elevations.
Defining the details is a critical phase to ensure an accurate project that meets customer's expectations. Details relating to materials, finishes, lighting and furnishings lie at the heart of the concept itself. We will then update the presentation with all the furniture drawings, custom carpentry elements, lights and everything present in the project.
We will proceed with the final phase of the project, which involves the creation and delivery to the customer of: all the detailed technical drawings, the BOQ, which will list all the materials and quantities, the TENDER, in other words, the necessary documentation to start the process of selection of suppliers and contractors. We will ensure that all project details are clearly defined to obtain precise proposals. This phase is crucial to guarantee the correct execution of the project and obtain the necessary estimates for each single object and/or customized product. Furthermore, it serves to ensure that the work is carried out correctly, respecting the expected specifications and details. Finally, this phase will constitute an important resource for managing and supervising the final execution, providing clear guidance for all parties involved.
In order to guarantee a high level of quality and coordinate the overall vision of the project, upon specific request, we can follow every advancement step in the construction site and production. On-site supervision is a key element to ensure the quality of execution and consistency with the approved project. We will make sure that the overall vision of the project and the space will come to life according to expectations.
